Additional Information We are making better use of social media as a way to cost-effectively reach our <br />far-flung and diverse audiences. Year-to-date we have achieved 327,127 <br />Facebook "Reaches", a net gain of +16,480 compared to prior year, and a net gain <br />in new page likes of 598. Facebook Reach indicates the number of times a post <br />was viewed by an individual at least once. <br />However, we have encountered some major obstacles with our current systems that <br />must be addressed. Our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system makes <br />it difficult to store, sort and communicate appropriately with various contacts. This <br />system was initially selected and utilized as a donor database, but we have grown <br />to reach much more diverse audiences that have more robust needs in the online, <br />digital age. <br />In addition, our website is not easy to read or navigate with a mobile device and <br />must be overhauled to meet today's online, "on our way" audiences.
