Change Order / CRIP review documentation <br />d. Reviewed drawings / submittals with comments (electronic files) <br />e. Drawing submittal tracking log <br />TASK ORDER ASSUMPTIONS: <br />1. General <br />a. The Jacobs Project Manager has the ability to move budget/hours between Tasks to meet <br />deliverables. <br />b. The COUNTY is performing the following work: survey; utilities coordination and <br />arranging relocation; purchase of title reports; right-of-way plan development and filing; <br />bid documents; project advertisement. <br />2. Structural (TASK 06) <br />a. KPFF to provide technical specifications related to the PS&E they develop (culvert <br />portion only). <br />b. New culvert is assumed to be 28 feet long and 18 feet wide. Any change to these <br />dimensions will require an amendment. <br />3. Civil, Plans, and MOT assistance (TASK 08) <br />a. No assumptions added. <br />4. Construction Support (TASK 09) <br />a. Assumes up to eight RFI's received at four hours spent per RFI. <br />b. Assumes up to five Change Order review requests received at three hours spent per <br />change order. <br />c. Assumes up to six submittals for review at four hours per submittal. <br />d. Assumes one week of construction support, including preparation of the compliance plan <br />and attendance at one pre -construction conference for a total of 56 hours. <br />e. If additional construction support is needed, it can be added through amendment to this <br />task order. <br />
