Pa y ment fo r sati sfa ct o ry perfo rmance o f the overtime work shall not exceed thi s <br />am o un t un less the Par ti es mutu a lly agree to a higher amount in a wri tte n Amendment to this Agreement <br />executed by both Partie s . <br />3.2.2. WTSC will reimburs e for per sonnel overtime exp e nses at 15 0 percent of the offi cer 's normal salary <br />rate plus SUB-RECIPIENT's contributi ons to emplo yee benefits, lim ited to the foll owing : <br />• FICA <br />• Medicare <br />• Any portion of L & I that is paid by the employer (S UB-RECIPIENT) <br />• Retirement contributions paid by the employer (SUB-RECIPIENT) can be included if the <br />contribution is based on a percentage of their hours worked <br />Health insurance, or any other benefits not listed above , are not eligible for reimbursement. <br />Comp-time is not considered overtime and will not be approved for pa yment. <br />The SUB-RECIPIENT wi ll provide law enforcement officers with appropriate equipment (e .g ., vehicles , <br />radars , breath testers, etc.) to part icipate in the emphasis patro ls . <br />3.2.3. Up to 40% of the statewide enforcement funding can be expended during dates outside of the <br />designated statewide campaign periods . However , impaired dr iving funds must be used during another <br />nat ional impaired driving enforcement campaign or other large local event. <br />3.3. S UMMARY OF PROJECT COSTS <br />The WTSC has awarded$ 51,082.00 to the Region 12 traffic safety task force for the purpose <br />of conducting coordinated HVE activities . By signing this agreement, the SUB-RECIPIENT is able to seek <br />reimbursement for approved overtime expenses incurred as a participant in this grant. All activity must be <br />coordinated by the region 's traffic safety task force and TZM in order to be e ligible for reimbursement. <br />The funding fo r Reg ion 12 is as follows : <br />Statewide Impaired Driving Patrols $ 15,500.00 (Section 405d , CFDA 20 .61 6) <br />Statewide Distracted Driving Patrols $ 17,475.00 (Section 402, CFDA 20 .600 ) <br />Statewide Click It or Ticket $ 10,367.00 (Set:ti o n 4056, CFDA 20.616 ) <br />Flex Funding (Local DUI, Speed, Distracted, and Seat Belt Enforcement) $ 7,740.00 (Section 402 . CFDA 20 .600 ) <br />Motorcycle Safety $ 0.00 (t 64 Funds. CFDA 20 .608 ) <br />Target Zero Teams $ 0.00 (Section 405d . CFDA 20 .61 6)
