Section 4. Transmittal to Auditor. A ce1iified copy of this Ordinance shall be transmitted <br />to the Kittitas County Assessor's Office and to the Clerk of the Kittitas County Commissioners, and such <br />other governmental agencies as provided by law. <br />Section 5.. -ever abili ty . If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance should be <br />held to be invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or <br />unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other section, sentence, clause <br />or phrase of this ordinance. <br />ection 6 . orre tion . Upon the approval of the City Attorney, the City Clerk and the <br />codifiers of this ordinance are authorized to make necessary corrections to this ordinance including, but <br />not limited to, the correction of scrivener's errors, references, ordinance numbering, section/subsection <br />numbers and any references thereto. <br />Section 7. Effective Date.
