Scenic quality would not be affected and no change would occur to views from residences, <br />recreation areas, travel corridors, or other sensitive viewpoints. <br />4.8.8.2 Action Alternatives <br />Table 4.8-11 presents a summary of the residual impact levels for each Action Alternative following the <br />implementation of mitigation measures. <br />Alternative H would have the highest total mileage of high impacts on visual resources while the NNR <br />Alternative - Overhead Design Option would have the lowest total mileage of high impacts on visual <br />resources. Alternative B would have the highest mileage of moderate visual impacts and while the NNR <br />Alternative - Overhead Design Option would have the lowest total mileage of moderate impacts on visual <br />resources. Alternatives E, F G, and H would cause higher impacts on residences in the Moxee Valley. <br />Alternatives A, C, D, and H would cause higher visual impacts recreational viewers in the Saddle <br />Mountains, Milwaukee corridor, and residences located in the vicinity of Beverly. Alternatives B, C, E, <br />and G would have higher impacts on residences viewing from Desert Aire and recreationists using Priest <br />Rapids Reservoir.
