<br />4.4.6 Impact Summary by Alternative
<br />4.4.6.1 No Action Alternative
<br />Under the No Action Alternative, the proposed Project would not be constructed or operated. No Project-
<br />related impacts to land use would occur.
<br />4.4.6.2 Action Alternatives
<br />Table 4.4-4 presents a summary of the long-term impacts and residual impact levels for Project Action
<br />Alternatives.
<br />Alternatives E, F, G, and H would have the greatest impacts on residential land use. Alternative H would
<br />have the greatest impacts on irrigated agriculture. The NNR Alternative - MR Subroute would have the
<br />highest impacts on JBLM YTC land uses. The most disturbance on state grazing or agricultural leased
<br />land would occur for the NNR Alternative - MR Subroute. Alternatives A and F would have the greatest
<br />impacts on BLM grazing leases. Overall, the greatest distance of high impacts on land use would occur
<br />for Alternative H.
