Direct access to 1-82 is prohibited. <br />Access to the proposed project shall be via private property adjacent State Route 821 (SR 821). <br />The applicant is required to contact Mark Kaiser at the WSDOT -South Central Region Office at <br />(509) 577-1668 to ensure all access connection permits are up to date. <br />• Any work to be performed in WSDOT rights-of-way must be coordinated with the South <br />Central Regional Utilities office prior to beginning any work. The South Central Region Utilities <br />Engineer is Jamil Anabtawi. He can be reached at (509) 577-1785. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to review and comment on this proposal.
