Order of Precedence. In the event of an inconsistency in this Agreement and any Attachments, unless <br />otherwise provided herein, the inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence, in the following <br />order, to: <br />37.1 Applicable federal and State of Washington statutes and regulations; <br />37.2 DSHS and County Agreement on Special Terms and Conditions (Incorporated by reference in <br />Attachment D); <br />37.3 Attachment D: DSHS and County Program Agreement on DDA County Services; <br />37.4 This Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
