Level of Service Standard <br />The level of service standards for the system have been established in the Sewer Facility Plan for <br />the City of Cle Elum Sanitary Sewer, Sections 2, 3 and 4 which inc)ude: <br />• National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Systems (NPDES) water discharge pennits. <br />• EPA Secondary Treatment Regulations ( 40 CFR 133) <br />o State of Washington Effluent Requirements Chapter 173-221 WAC. <br />Pabllc Buildings <br />City Hall <br />The City Administrator, Public Works Director, Planner, Clerk, Treasurer, Building <br />lnspector and Plans Examiner, Utility Clerk and Mayor's offices are housed in a city owned <br />facility located at the intersection ofFifSt Street and Oakes Avenue. City Hall currently has <br />approximately 3.282. 75 Square Feet of worlcing space in the entire building providing the <br />staff support necessary to run th i'e city departments. <br />However, as growth continues to occur in the City of Cle Elum, a new City Hall should be <br />buill Most likely, a bond issue would be sought to fund the expected oost of a new building <br />at approximately ($5M) five million dollars.
