Kittitas County Commissioners -2- November 2, 2018 <br />SEVENTH MODIFICATION TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />This Modification to Professional Services Agreement is made by and between Kittitas <br />County (hereinafter "the County") and Plauche and Carr LLP (Peter Dykstra) and Bill Clarke <br />(hereinafter collectively "Contractor"). The County and Contractor agree as follows: <br />The County and Contractor entered into a Professional Services Agreement on December 30, <br />2014. The initial term for the Agreement included an end date of May 31, 2014. Exhibit B is <br />hereby modified pursuant to Section 12 of the Agreement to provide an end date of December <br />31, 2019, and a monthly fee of $8,000.
