The latest extension was from June 30, 2018 to December 31, 2018. <br />Section 12 of the Agreement allows for written modifications. We propose to extend the term of our <br />scope of work until December 31, 2019, under the same scope of work and terms and conditions of <br />the original Agreement, with the exception that the monthly fee is reduced to $8,000. We will <br />continue to provide the county with monthly invoices including time and subject descriptions. <br />We believe that significant progress has been made under the original scope of work and that this <br />term extension will enable Kittitas County to complete several water banking transactions, necessary <br />permitting, addressing legislative issues, and other actions relating to water resource management <br />issues. <br />A proposed modification is attached for your review and approval.
