BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018 - <br />ADOPTING GROUSE AVENUE; PHEASANT AVENUE; HAWK AVENUE AND <br />SKYLARK AVENUE ONTO THE KITTITAS COUNTY <br />ROAD SYSTEM <br />WHEREAS: The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners the preliminary plat <br />of Game Farm Cluster Plat with Resolution 2005-99; and <br />WHEREAS: The developer of Game Farm Cluster Plat intended for all internal plat <br />roadways to be built to public standard and then said roads to be <br />established onto the public road system; and <br />WHEREAS: Final plat was granted to Game Farm Cluster Plat in August, 2013 and <br />road construction bonds were collected prior to roadway construction; and <br />WHEREAS: Internal Plat roadways meeting public standards have been constructed <br />and accepted as constructed by Public Works; and <br />WHEREAS: The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners have established <br />several other roadways onto the county road network via resolution <br />(Currier Creek Estates internal roadways and Meadow Way); and <br />WHEREAS: Public Works now requests that Grouse Avenue (MP 0.0 to MP 0.23; <br />Game Farm Road to Skylark Avenue), Pheasant Avenue (MP 0.0 to MP <br />0.14; Hawk Avenue to Grouse Avenue), Hawk Avenue (MP 0.0 to MP <br />0.23; Game Farm Road to Skylark Avenue) and Skylark Avenue (MP <br />0.0 to MP 0.14; Hawk Avenue to Grouse Avenue) be established <br />consistent with recent Board establishment actions; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the Board of County Commissioners, <br />in the best interest of the public, does hereby adopt Grouse Avenue (MP <br />0.0 to MP 0.23; Game Farm Road to Skylark Avenue), Pheasant Avenue <br />(MP 0.0 to MP 0.14; Hawk Avenue to Grouse Avenue), Hawk Avenue <br />(MP 0.0 to MP 0.23; Game Farm Road to Skylark Avenue) and Skylark <br />Avenue (MP 0.0 to MP 0.14; Hawk Avenue to Grouse Avenue) onto the <br />Kittitas County Public Road system. <br />
