KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: November 20, 2018 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution to Establish Grouse <br />Avenue (MP 0.0 to MP 0.23), Pheasant Avenue (MP 0.0 to <br />MP 0.14), Hawk Avenue (MP 0.0 to MP 0.23) and Skylark <br />Avenue (MP 0.0 to MP 0.14) onto the County Road System <br />BACKGROUND: Game Farm Cluster Plat received preliminary plat approval <br />with Resolution 2005-99. Final plat appears to have been <br />granted in August 2013. Bonding was established for <br />public roadway construction. Roadway construction was <br />completed and accepted by Public Works in late October, <br />2018. <br />The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners has <br />established internal roadways in Currier Creek Estates and <br />Meadow Way (Marion Meadows) in a similar fashion. <br />Public Works is requesting that the Board follow the same <br />establishment by resolution process for internal roadways <br />serving Game Farm Cluster Plat. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution to establish internal roadways <br />serving the Game Farm Cluster Plat onto the County Road <br />system. <br />HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution establishing Grouse Avenue (MP 0.0 to MP <br />0.23), Pheasant Avenue (MP 0.0 to MP 0.14), Hawk <br />Avenue (MP 0.0 to MP 0.23) and Skylark Avenue (MP 0.0 <br />to MP 0.14) onto the County Road system. <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark R.
