H. Organic social media — 3x per week posting, 52 weeks per year, all social <br />media platforms; such as Facebook, Twitter, Snap Chat and Instagram; <br />M. Television advertising — media buy, production and creative consul; <br />iv. Paint advertising — media buy, production and creative consul; <br />V. Surveying — assist in the creation of surveys for data collection purposes <br />to be utilized by lodging tax grantees, manage online hosting for the survey, <br />develop and implement SMS messaging marketing strategies, CRM, <br />vi. Any other projects which may be agreed to between the county and the <br />chamber. <br />b. Develop and implement an external public relations campaign to promote the <br />County's events, attractions, facilities and destinations. <br />c. Represent Kittitas County and the Central Washington Color marketing <br />campaign at regional trade shows. Provide booth design and materials, including <br />booth set up, delivery, and removal, and provide adequate and appropriate staffing <br />for the duration of the trade show. <br />5. Administration <br />a. Participate in the County's Lodging Tax Advisory Committee meetings. <br />b. Submit a monthly account of expenses incurred. <br />c. Obtain, analyze and apply data related to tourism activities in such a manner as <br />to aid the review of the effectiveness of the County tourism development efiforts. <br />d. Submit quarterly reports to the County lodging Tax Advisory Committee about <br />services completed and the state and effectiveness of tourism promotion efforts. <br />As requested, but at least twice a year, present such reports in person to the Board <br />of County Commissioners. <br />e. Provide training and support for applicants to the Countywide Consolidated <br />Lodging Tax Grant Application process. <br />f.
