WATERSHED
SCIENCE & ENGINEERING October 9, 2018
Task 8. Study Report
WSE will prepare a technical report to document study methods, assumptions, and results. The report will
include all materials required by FEMA including flood profiles, data tables and the flood hazard work map.
The report will be submitted to the County for review and comment. WSE will finalize the report upon
receipt of comments and will then prepare the FEMA submittal package. Time has also been included
under this task to allow for WSE's senior engineer to participate in a community meeting in Kittitas to
present and discuss study results.
Task 9. FEMA Submittal and Coordination
The County will submit the study to FEMA. WSE will support the County through the FEMA review. Note -
it will be the responsibility of FEMA or their study contractor to refine the flood hazard work map to meet
required detailed DFIRM cartographic standards, and for incorporating the new flood hazard data into the
county-wide DFIRM and Flood Insurance Study report.
Task 10. Project Administration
WSE will conduct general project administration activities including keeping the County's project manager
informed of all significant project related news, preparation of monthly invoices and general contract
management. WSE will provide information needed by the County's project manager to upload progress
reports and study materials to the MIP. WSE will upload certain materials when required.
Cost
See attached spreadsheet.
Schedule
TBD
