WATERSHED <br />SCIENCE & ENGINEERING October 9, 2018 <br />Task 8. Study Report <br />WSE will prepare a technical report to document study methods, assumptions, and results. The report will <br />include all materials required by FEMA including flood profiles, data tables and the flood hazard work map. <br />The report will be submitted to the County for review and comment. WSE will finalize the report upon <br />receipt of comments and will then prepare the FEMA submittal package. Time has also been included <br />under this task to allow for WSE's senior engineer to participate in a community meeting in Kittitas to <br />present and discuss study results. <br />Task 9. FEMA Submittal and Coordination <br />The County will submit the study to FEMA. WSE will support the County through the FEMA review. Note - <br />it will be the responsibility of FEMA or their study contractor to refine the flood hazard work map to meet <br />required detailed DFIRM cartographic standards, and for incorporating the new flood hazard data into the <br />county-wide DFIRM and Flood Insurance Study report. <br />Task 10. Project Administration <br />WSE will conduct general project administration activities including keeping the County's project manager <br />informed of all significant project related news, preparation of monthly invoices and general contract <br />management. WSE will provide information needed by the County's project manager to upload progress <br />reports and study materials to the MIP.
