c 5-11rs...10111012 <br />°10111E <br />0c <br />Fe <br />KZTTITAB COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />An allowance is provided for WSE personnel to attend one meeting at KPFF's Seattle office to <br />discuss the design and one meeting in Ellensburg to meet with the County. <br />Assumptions: <br />• WSE will develop concept sketches of the countermeasures which will be provided to <br />KPFF. KPFF will prepare detailed plans to be incorporated into the project plan set. <br />• WSE will recommend specifications for the countermeasures. <br />• WSE has included a modest cost for this task in the accompanying cost estimate. This <br />estimate will be revisited and may need to be revised once the type and scale of <br />countermeasures required are identified. <br />• At this time it is assumed that scour and erosion protection countermeasures are not <br />necessary and have not been included in the fee <br />TASK 5 ENVIRONMENTAL/PERMITTING <br />The Jacobs team will deliver Environmental Documentation and Permitting in coordination with <br />KPFF and Kittitas County staff. <br />TASK 5.10 — Project Management <br />1. Project planning, team direction and coordination and ongoing client communication <br />2. Project Controls <br />a. Prepare monthly invoices and back-up, and monthly progress reports. <br />b. Monitoring and updating Environmental delivery schedule. <br />3. Deliverables <br />a. Monthly progress reports and invoices <br />TASK 5.20 — Agency Coordination <br />Agency Coordination <br />a. Coordinate with Kittitas County Public Works, Kittitas County Community and <br />Development Services, Department of Fish and Wildlife, Department of Ecology, <br />US Army Corps of Engineers, and other agencies as needed. <br />b. Coordination items include impact analysis, permits required and timelines, and <br />facilitated review of project milestones as needed. <br />TASK 5.30 — NEPA/SEPA Documentation <br />1.
