Sustainability: Describe how this project would or wouldn't be sustained if these <br />Homelessness Prevention and Affordable Housing funds were not available either <br />currently or in the future. (250 words max.) <br />Without the grant funds, neither FISH nor KVMA would be able to make the prop.osed <br />changes to the operations of the shelter. Without t~e paid staff proposed In this grant <br />request, the future of the Shelters would be in question. The pressure of maintaining the <br />shelters and fulfilling the obligations of a full time ministry , are beginning to take a tell on <br />the pastors. It will be difficult to replace the m with volunteers and , therefore, difficult to <br />ensure the future of the Shelters. <br />16
