BOWERS FIELD—AIRPORT MASTER PLAN <br />is provided to the public for project meetings. Kittitas County will assume all costs of advertising and <br />press release announcements in the local media and will coordinate with Kittitas County IT staff to post <br />notices and press releases to the county website. <br />13.2.3 - Website Content for Kittitas-County or Century West Hosted Prolect Website <br />The Consultant will provide project deliverables including draft chapters, meeting agendas, meeting <br />notices, press releases, surveys, and meeting notes to Kittitas County in PDF format to be uploaded on <br />the Kittitas County web page or a project -specific website hosted by Century West if desired. Kittitas <br />County wiii determine what content is suitable for public consumption. The project web page will <br />provide an opportunity for the public to review project deliverables and progress throughout the <br />project. It can also be used to solicit public comment through posted surveys for those unable to attend <br />the public meetings. <br />13.2.4 - Public Me!qlng and Online g_u2stionnalres <br />The Consultant and Kittitas County staff will jointly develop up to two (2) questionnaires to solicit input <br />from the public at key points during the project. Typically public input at the Facility Requirements stage <br />prior to the development of alternatives and at the Alternatives stage is important to define needs and <br />also get input towards the selection of the preferred alternative. Questionnaires will be distributed and <br />collected at public meetings and can also be made available on the project website. <br />13.2.5 - Public Meeting Notes and Cornment List <br />The Consultant will prepare notes for all meetings for Kittitas County to review. Once the meeting notes <br />have been reviewed, edited, and approved, the Consultant will provide a PDF copy to post to the project <br />web page. The consultant will also prepare a summary of comments received and Kittitas County <br />responses that can be posted on the website. <br />ELEMENT 14 - PLANNING FOS COMPLIANCE & RECYCLING AND SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />The Consultant will evaluate airport compliance issues as they are defined by the FAA's Seattle ADO. <br />The tasks included in this element are to be completed during the last one-third of the project in order <br />to fully benefit from information and data collected and evaluated during the earlier master plan <br />elements. Data collected initially during the data collection and inventory (Element 31 will be updated as <br />needed to ensure currency when the work is completed.
