BOWERS FIELD- AIRPORT MASTER PLAN <br />3. Final ALP Drawing Set (3 copies to Kittitas County for signature; to be forwarded to FAA Seattle <br />ADO for approval and signature; 1 signed set returned to Kittitas County); 1 additional unsigned <br />"final" drawing set provided to WSDOT Aviation. <br />4. Final ALP Drawing Set Electronic Files. PDF files of the final ALP drawing set will be provided to <br />FAA, WSDOT, and Kittitas County. AutoCAD(.dwg) files will be provided to Kittitas County. <br />See Element 15 for document distribution summary. The Consultant will be responsible for submitting a <br />signed copy of the FAA ALP checklist with six (6) copies of the draft ALP submittal to the FAA. Following <br />completion of FAA and local review, the Consultant will make all necessary revisions; comments <br />provided by Klttitas County staff, the master plan PAC and others will be addressed during the same <br />revision period. Following revision, the Consultant will submit three (3) final drawing sets for Kittitas <br />County signature and final submittal to FAA for signature. The FAA typically returns one signed ALP set <br />to the Sponsor and keeps two sets on file at the ADO. <br />Task 8.1- Airport Layout Plan <br />An Airport Layout Plan (ALP) drawing shall be prepared in accordance with the findings, <br />recommendations and approvals resulting from the study. The ALP shall be developed utilizing the data <br />collected from AGIS and exported into AutoCAD, Version 2012. Additionally, the ALP will be compatible <br />with the file format currently used by K'ittitas County. <br />The Airport Layout Plan will contain the information as required in FAA Advisory Circular 1.50/5300-13, <br />and the most current FAA SOP 2.00 and SOP 3.00. The Airport Layout Plan will contain sufficient data to <br />obtain approvals from the FAA. The Airport Layout Plan will be depicted as a black and white line <br />drawing with color, as needed, to help differentiate the line work and hatching. <br />Product. Preparation of an Airport Layout Plan in AutoCAD format, compatible with the file format <br />currently used by Kittitas County. <br />Task 8.2 — On -Airport individual Area Plans <br />Individual Area Plans will be prepared to depict the existing and proposed facilities for various areas <br />within airport property. The pians will generally be comprised of, but not limited to existing general <br />aviation facilities located on the south side of Runway 7/25 and any new general aviation areas <br />(locations to be determined through master plan evaluation). Facilities that will be shown on the <br />drawings Include: <br />A. Apron Configuration and Aircraft Parking Positions (based and itinerant aircraft, including <br />helicopter parking positions); <br />B.
