Waste water and solid waste treatment and/or disposal; <br />E. Drainage patterns (Storm water issues, storm water detention ponds); <br />F. Wetlands; and <br />G. Parks and recreational areas. <br />The Consultant will gather this information and provide summary and applicable excerpts to be included <br />in the Master Plan Report. <br />Product: compilation of existing environmental data or issues to be used in subsequent tasks relating to <br />alternative evaluations as well as final plan recommendations. <br />fi i 2 - Part 2 — Evaluation of Proposed Development (see Element 7. Task 7.3 for details on this item) <br />By using data collected in Part 1 of this task, the preliminary development alternatives will be evaluated <br />to Identify potential environmental issues. <br />Task 5.2 — Prepare Environmental Working Paper <br />The Consultant will develop a detailed working paper summarizing the tasks outlined above. The draft <br />working paper will provide information for subsequent decisions. This working paper will be submitted <br />to Kittitas County and the Federal Aviation Administration for review and comment approximately two <br />weeks prior to scheduled meetings. The draft working paper will be distributed to the planning advisory <br />committee at least one week prior to a scheduled meeting. <br />Product: A narrative and graphical summary of the preceding tasks; the working paper will be revised as <br />necessary based on review comments and will subsequently become a chapter of the Airport Master Plan <br />report <br />ELEMENT 7 - ALTERNATIVES ANALYSIS <br />This element of the study will consist of four components: <br />A. Goals Definition; <br />B. Identification of Alternatives; <br />C. Evaluation of Alternatives; and <br />D.
