BOWERS FIELD -AIRPORT MASTER PLAN <br />Access, circulation, parking <br />1. Airport Access Roads and Auto Parking —the location and configuration of existing auto <br />parking, internal airport access roads, and access easements will be examined. The <br />location and configuration of controlled/uncontrolled vehicle access points (gates, etc.) <br />to the airport will be documented. Common vehicular access routes within the airport's <br />landside areas (hangars, aprons, etc.) will be noted. <br />J. Perimeter Fencing and Gates - the adequacy of airport perimeter fencing and access to <br />the airport operations area will be examined. The location and configuration of <br />controlled/uncontrolled vehicle and pedestrian access gates will be documented. <br />K. Documents relaters to airport property ownership and airport access will be assembled <br />and summarized in the inventory to provide a clear understanding of issues that may <br />affect current planning or ongoing airport development and operations. Kittitas County <br />will provide the consultant copies of documents for review and incorporation Into the <br />master pian report and specific drawings in the Airport Layout Plan (ALP) set, based on <br />historic property acquisition, access agreements, and other related items. <br />L. Airport Leases — Kittitas County will provide copies of all current leases, including lease <br />diagrams, binding site plan, or other drawings that depict the physical locations and <br />configurations of all leased areas on the airport. <br />M. Current Kittitas County zoning and land use designations for areas within airport <br />property will be summarized and compared to updated designations developed in the <br />previous plan update. <br />Product: Tabulated airport facilities inventoryfor Input to later work elements. <br />Task 3.4 - Inventory Existing utilities and Site Conditions <br />The Consultant will conduct an inventory and prepare base mapping of existing utilities, to include <br />water, gas, sanitary sewer, storm water, electric, telephone, communications, and any other utilities <br />within the airport boundaries. Existing utility easements and any specified development setbacks <br />located within airport property will be depicted and/or noted. Existing City of Ellensburg and other local <br />utility provider drawings (electronic files when available) will be used to provide data for this task. <br />Existing mapping of natural site conditions will be consolidated into a common base map for use in the <br />project. ALIS survey data will be used to define surveyed terrain, physical features, and built items <br />when available. Additional site conditions definition may include topography, wetlands, water bodies, <br />and natural drainage features identified through existing mapping, aerial photography, etc. <br />Product: A written inventory, summarization, and mapping of all utilities within airport property; a <br />consolidated airport site conditions map. <br />CIINVURY WEST a 110 <br />
