Contract Change No. 15 <br /> Project No 150338 <br /> <br />Page 2 <br />• Development of a Report of Examination to change the place of use, <br />documenting the findings of the HG memo, and summarizing whether the <br />transfer can be made without impairment to existing water rights. <br />• Review and incorporation of internal Kittitas County team comments. <br />• Submittal to Ecology and incorporation of Ecology comments. <br />• Review and incorporation of public comments or WTWG comments. <br /> <br />Note that based on past Kittitas County acquisitions, it is assumed that overall <br />comments from agencies and the public will be minimal. Aspect further assumes that <br />coordination of issues such as signature compliance, or other logistics will be led by <br />Kittitas County staff with support from Aspect. Aspect will complete this work on a <br />time-and-materials, not-to-exceed basis. <br />This change amends contract between Aspect Consulting, LLC and Client dated November 6, 2013.
