Subcontract Inspection. <br />DSHS reserves the right to inspect any subcontract document. <br />c. Subcontractor Monitoring. <br />(1) Contractor shall submit subcontract monitoring protocol to Contract Manager or designee fifteen <br />(15) days prior of entering into first subcontract during contract period for review and DSHS <br />approval. <br />(2) On-Site Monitoring: <br />The Contractor shall <br />(a) Conduct a subcontractor review which shall include at least one (1) on-site visit, annually, to <br />each subcontractor site providing services to monitor fiscal and programmatic compliance <br />with subcontract performance criteria for the purpose of documenting that the <br />subcontractors are fulfilling the requirements of the subcontract. <br />(b) Submit written documentation of each on-site visit to Contract Manager or designee.
