<br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 02/26/2017) <br />Page 14 of 17 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "B" <br /> <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall pay <br />Contractor compensation not to exceed: <br /> <br />Contractor will receive $6.70 per ton for all material sized under 2’X2’ and crushed to a <br />non-spec 1½” minus product approved by Kittitas County for use to cover cells and build <br />roads. <br /> <br />Contractor will charge County a Mobilization and Demobilization cost not to exceed <br />$17,400.00 each. <br /> <br />For an additional fee contractor will prepare oversized material to an acceptable 2’X2’ size <br />for a rate of $285 per hour plus a Mobilization/Demobilization of $3,000.00. <br /> <br />Compensation is not to exceed $200,000 for the terms of this agreement. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
