These conditions will apply to all events in the series unless circumstances arise that require addressing between events. • No open fires or fireworks without a separate permit and process • There will need to be two or more easily accessible exits from the property Clear and obvious entry/exit points for EMS and Fire services • Unobstructed fire lanes of at least 16' between rows of vehicles The Community Development Services, Permits Office has already collected fees for this permit. The intent of the International Fire Code is to provide a reasonable level of life safety and property protection from the hazards of fire, explosion or dangerous conditions. The requirements listed above offer a reasonable level of fire and life safety protection for this event. The Fire Marshal's office reserves the right to add to these conditions, should situations arise that warrant changes.
