To respond, please update your service <br />request on CAMAS using the link below. <br />Request #43353 - Special Event Application - WestStar Team Roping Series 2018 <br />Initial request: <br />Our office received a Special Event application from the WestStar Team Roping Series, to be <br />held on the following days May 19; June 2, 23; July 14, 21; August 11, 18, 29; September 15, <br />2018. 1 will be placing this request on the June 19, 2018 Commissioner Agenda for the Board's <br />consideration. Please submit your departments recommendation to me no later than June 12, <br />2018 by noon. If there are still outstanding issues, please indicate those in writing as well. For <br />specific questions regarding the event I would ask that you contact the applicant directly. <br />Latest update: <br />No insurance certificate or endorsement was provided, so I am unable to recommend approval <br />at this time. <br />Additionally, I note that several events in the series have already occurred.
