0 <br />Kittitas County <br />Public Health <br />Department <br />To Protect and Promote the Health and the Environment of the People of Kittitas County <br />camping clearly indicated, as per the Kittitas County Special Event permit application <br />requirement. <br />• Food service providers must obtain their food service permit through KCPHD at least two weeks <br />prior to each relevant event. Food operators must provide: <br />o Portable handwashing station with potable water <br />o Potable water for all food preparation and food equipment/utensil cleaning <br />o Bottled water for customers to drink, if water will be provided by food operator <br />• If the food service provider runs out of potable water, the food service must <br />cease until more potable water is obtained. <br />At least one in-person meeting between KCPHD staff and the WestStar owners and operators to <br />discuss the details of the abovementioned requirements. This meeting will also provide any <br />opportunity for KCPHD staff to help navigate these processes and answer any questions. Please <br />select one of the following meeting times and schedule with Tristen.Lamb@co.kittitas.wa.us. If <br />these times are unavailable to you, please contact us immediately to make other arrangements. <br />o Monday, June 18th at 12pm <br />o Monday, June 25th at 10am <br />WestStar Ranch must meet these conditions before offering any public events. In addition, improper <br />disposal of grey water and raw sewage from RVs presents an imminent health hazard.
