Region 7 Is vulnerable to wlldland fire, landslides, <br />floods, winter storms, windstorms, earthquakes, pandemic Incidents and the human caused acts of terrorism directed <br />towards, hydroelectric faclllUes, transportation, public events, and industry. Risks are the expected negative impact of an <br />adverse Incident {whether the results of terrorism or natural hazard) considering the magnitude of fts Impact. Homeland <br />Security Grant Funding will sustain Region 7 capabilities with a functional emergency management program. This <br />Investment enhances the planning, training, exercise, and response of the regional responders and volunteers. <br />Region 7 Is composed of Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan Counties.
