DESCRIPTION/JUSTIFICATION OF AMENDMENT: <br />Due to a change In priorities and two projects no longer being viable, Project #3 and #5 were cancelled. The associated <br />funding ha·s been added lo ProJecl #2 and two new projects, #7 Weather Station/Forest Technology System and #8 <br />SWAT TaoUcal Pole Camera. The Work Plan, Exhibit C, and Budget, Exhibit E, have been updated accordingly. <br />Additions are denoted in grey highlight and deletions by strike through. <br />11 . AMENDMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. The overall agreement amount of $60,648 remains unchanged. <br />2. Replace Iha original Work Plan, Exhibit C, with the atlached revised Work Plan, Exhibit B. <br />3. Replace the original Budget, Exhibit E with the attached revised Budget, Exhibit E. <br />This Amendment Is Incorporated in and made a part of the Grant Agreement. Except as amended herein, all other terms <br />and conditions of the Grant Agreement remaln In full force and effect. Any reference In the original Grant Agreement or an <br />Amendment to the "Grant Agreement" shall mean 'Grant Agreement as amended".
