4. OPSG-funded projects must enhance cooperation and coordination among <br />Customs and Border Protection (CBP), United States Border Patrol (USBP), and <br />local. tribal. territorial, state, and federal law enforcement agencies in a joint <br />mission to secure the United States' borders along routes of ingress from <br />international borders to include travel corridors in states bordering Mexico and <br />Canada , as well as states and territories with international water borders . <br />5. The Subrecipient shall use HSGP funds only to perform tasks as described in the <br />Work Plan, as approved by the Department, and in compliance with this <br />Agreement. <br />6. Subrecipients are required to develop a multi-year Training and Exercise Plan <br />(TEP) that identifies training and exercise priorities and activities . Inclusion in the <br />State's TEP meets the intent of this requirement. Subrecipients that choose to <br />develop their own TEP shall submit it to h-Seem~fema.dhs.gov and <br />emd lra1ning ,,@m1 l.wa .gov no later than June 1st annually. <br />a. Subrecipients are encouraged to participate in the State's annual Training <br />and Exercise Planning Workshop (TEPW) or may conduct their own <br />local/regional TEPW. <br />7. Subrecipients will develop and maintain a progressive exercise program consistent <br />with the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) and <br />support the National Exercise Program (NEP). Upon completion of an exercise, <br />an After Action Report and an Improvement Plan must be prepared and submitted <br />to hseep@fema .dhs.gov and ernd .traininq@m i l.wa .gov. Subrecipients will provide reports and/or assist with completion of reports required <br />by the HSGP federal award, including but not limited to the State Preparedness <br />Report (SPR), Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (THIRA), <br />core capabilities assessment, and data calls. <br />C.
