Measuring Results* The Kittitas Valley Event Center currently uses a custom-designed user survey to receive feedback on our facilities and staff performance follmving client-planned events. The Central Washington Chillaxle will use a similar method to collect and measure our impact on tourism. Custom questions (see below) will be asked of our event attendees.
