. '- <br />authority to engage in any activity other than those <br />activities which support or benefit the general public. <br />3. 02 Non-Profit. The powers and purposes of this <br />Corporation shall be so construed and limited at all times <br />as to enable this Corporation to qualify as a non-profit <br />corporation under the provisions of Chapter 24.03, Revised <br />Code of Washington, as the same now exist or may hereafter <br />be amended. <br />4.01 <br />ARTICLE IV <br />DIRECTORS <br />Number and Qualifications . The management and <br />administration of the affairs of this Corporation shall be <br />vested in a Board of Directors consisting of not less than <br />eleven (11) nor more than twenty-five (25), a majority of <br />whom shall be appointed by the Clymer Museum Committee and <br />the remainder of whom shall be appointed in the manner <br />provided in the Bylaws. The number, qualifications, terms <br />of office, manner of election, time and place of meeting and <br />the powers and duties of Directors shall be as prescribed in <br />the Bylaws of the Corporation. <br />4.02 Initial Directors. There shall be fifteen (15) <br />members of the initial Board of Directors consisting of a <br />group of persons appointed by the Clymer Museum Committee. <br />The names and address of the initial Board of Directors are <br />as follows: <br />1 .
