The name of this Corporation shall be THE <br />CLYMER FOUNDATION. <br />1.02 Duration. The duration of this Corporation shall <br />be perpetual. <br />1. 03 Registered Office. The location of the initial <br />registered office of this Corporation is 201 W. Seventh, <br />P.O. Box 1088, Ellensburg, Washington 98926. <br />1. 04 Registered Agent . The initial registered agent <br />of this corporation at such address is John P. Winbauer. <br />ARTICLE II <br />PURPOSES <br />2.01 Generally. This Corporation is organized, and at <br />all times hereafter shall be operated, exclusively for <br />charitable, cultural or educational purposes within the <br />meaning of Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code <br />1954, as amended, and at all times hereafter be operated as <br />a non-profit corporation under the laws of the state of <br />Washington. <br />ARTICLE III <br />POWERS <br />3.01 Powers.
