2.3 Medic One agrees to allow KCPHD to park a mobile unit under the described <br />parking area and leave it on the property for as long as this Agreement is in effect. <br />2.4 Medic One will make reasonable attempts to keep the described area including <br />routes to the area free of debris and obstacles including snow removal when <br />applicable. <br />2.5 KCPHD will ensure that all medical waste is removed from the property and <br />properly disposed. <br />2.6 KCPHD will secure the mobile unit when not in use . <br />2.7 KCPHD will provide services in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws <br />including licensure requirements. <br />2.8 KCPHD will provide notice regarding when services will be available and what <br />time they will be offered. Such services are subject to cancelation for <br />emergencies, staff availability, resources, inclement weather and other similar <br />situations that might arise. <br />2.9 KCPHD will not charge residents for the services described herein. <br />3. Duration. This Agreement shall remain in effect for one year from the date signed and be <br />renewable for subsequent one year periods if desired by the parties. <br />4. T 1111iri'atio.n . This Agreement may be terminated by either KCPHD or Medic One with <br />30 days written notice, or a shorter period if both parties agree. Neither party will be <br />penalized for severing the contract with notice. <br />5. Contract Management.
