• Review title exceptions with the COUNTY. Provide the COUNTY with a parcel summary <br />memo that lists ownership, title exceptions, conflicting easements, or other rights of <br />record, and comments or concerns for the parcel (up to 1 parcel). <br />• Identify fee interest ownership for up to one parcel. <br />• Obtain a maximum of one (1) appraisal report and one appraisal review report and <br />coordinate with the COUNTY on determination of just compensation (up to 1 parcels). <br />• Update True Cost Estimate. <br />• Prepare and set up acquisition file: TCE for DNR parcel. <br />• Assist Kittitas County in obtaining a temporary construction agreement and/or license <br />agreement in accordance with WSDOT's local agency manual, as well as the policies <br />and procedures in the Right of Way Manual. <br />• Prepare offer package if applicable. <br />• Prepare an administrative settlement justification report for up to one parcel. <br />• Prepare status reports -one report per month and a maximum of 4 reports. <br />• Maintain diary for the DNR parcel. <br />• Prepare payment request and deliver funds to DNR. <br />• Assist in recording all agreements with DNR. <br />• Assist Kittitas in Preparing draft and final agreements approved by the COUNTY <br />attorney. <br />• Deliver one (1) completed file to the COUNTY . <br />• DELIVERABLES <br />• Up to one (1) Site Inspection Reports <br />• Up to one (1) Parcel Summary Memos <br />• Up to one (1) Draft Easement and Acquisition document <br />• Up to one (1) Final Easement and Acquisition document <br />• Up to one (1) complete set of files for COUNTY record <br />• Deleted Scope: <br />• DELIVERABLES (Lick Creek site) <br />• Four (4) Site Inspection Reports <br />• Four (4) Parcel Summary Memos <br />• Four (4) Draft Easement and Acquisition document <br />• Four (4) Final Easement and Acquisition document <br />• Four (4) complete set of files for COUNTY record <br />TASK 9 PROJECT KICK-OFF MEETING <br />The original scope of work shown in this task requires an increased level of effort.
