<br />be limited to the purposes of this Agreement.
<br />Acceptance and use of card readers does not convey
<br />m l>articlpant any title, pati:mt, copyright or oth~r
<br />proprietary right in or 10 the Firmware. At all times,
<br />GPS or its suppliers retain ail rights to the Fumware,
<br />including but not limited to updates, enhancements,
<br />and additions. Par'..icipant sball not attempt ta acces,q
<br />or discl~"C the Firmware to any party, or •ransfcr,
<br />copy, license, subHcense, modify, transJace. reverse
<br />ongiaeer, decompile, disassemble.;, tamper with., or
<br />create any derivative work based on the Firm ware.
<br />Participm1t wiil use reasonable ~are to orotcct card
<br />:eadet'3 from loss, thef4 damag~ or ' any legal
<br />encumbrance. OPS shall pruvid~ card readers and
<br />:nstallaticn instr..lctions at 5ervici: •mplem.entation
<br />and when providing any replacement or additional
<br />card readen, by shipment to a location Pa.itidoant
<br />designates. Or, at GPS's option, Participant ·will
<br />ailow OPS and it.'! designat>!d repr~"entatives
<br />reasonable acc~s to Participant's premfacs for
<br />training purposes and device installation, repair,
<br />removal, modification, upgrades, and reiocation.
<br />GPS :s solely responsible for the maintenance of any
<br />curd. readers and shall supply Participam with
<br />replm:ement card readers on Par:icipant'1 request and
<br />as GPS deems appropriate. Upon termiMdon of this
<br />Agreement, GPS may require P,u,.jcipant to return
<br />card readers to GPS, at GPS's expense and by such
<br />method as GPS .s?ecit1es.

<br />Bai/Call may be used for cash bail and related
<br />transactions only. OPS wi.U provide Pnticipant with
<br />wall-mounted "courtesy telephones" at GPS'a
<br />expense . Arry telephones and peripheral equipment
<br />OPS provides are and 'Nill remain the property of
<br />OPS. All teiephones will ring directly into the GPS
<br />call center when the handset is lifted.
<br />Parttcipant 3hall be soieJy responsible for the
<br />installation or removal of t.elephones ia Participant's
<br />premises, c1Jm.ist.::•t wi th G.PS instr'Jctions and usin"'
<br />qualified technicians, and at Participant'3 :!Xpense".
<br />Participant will use reasonable care to protect
<br />telephones from loss, thetl, damage or aoy k:gal
<br />encumbrance.
