<br />Partic.ipant bas elected the following ~ptions ln 11ccordance with the terms oi iervices ln the Agreement:

<br />_ GovPayNet Connect
<br />P3rtlcipant is responsible for ad'lising GPS as to the
<br />types of payments GPS is authorized to accept on
<br />Participant's behalf (per the ,9erv(ce fees stated in any
<br />Au:achment to this Agreement). Participant may at
<br />my cime (i) authorize GPS to accept additional types
<br />of payments witliio th(!: scope of the applicable
<br />~er1Lce lees; (ii) ~ancel the processing through GPS
<br />of any tyj)e8 of payments; (iii) mo<lif/ the o-ptioas
<br />ielected above, (iv) modify the account(s) to wh.ich
<br />GPS shall direcc payments to Participant; or (v) add
<br />other agencles, depru-tmer.ts or sub-agencies
<br />("Affiliated Agencies") to, or delete Affiliated
<br />Agencies from Participant', u.se of any OPS services
<br />and eqllipn-.cnt 'oy m,ecifying all such changes to GPS
<br />in writing {v;a ler.:;r, ¢mail, or fu.c:simiie ). Any such
<br />changes wiil be subject to GPS acceptance and
<br />confirmation in writing and will require reasonabie
<br />lead time to implement.
<br />Participant warrants that sf! service a;1d ::quiprnent

<br />For Participants that select GovPayNet Connect, GPS

<br />Participant's internal accounting, cashiering, and other
<br />m,magcment systems to ,:x,~hange ~ncryoted data. The
