<br />3.2 GPS ahat: act on Par:icipam'~ behalf in accepting payments from cardholderll lJlade by credit cards
<br />and debit cards for the purposes and at the service fee~ listed on each attachment designated in
<br />Section 11.9 of duB Agreement. OPS may modify cardholder fees ,1t its 30le oprfon, providing
<br />Pardcipant with notice of ;mch modification and a revised attachm~t reflecting modified fees ~rior
<br />to imposing a new fee structure. Service fees are non-refuadable.

<br />3.5 OPS shall not charge P:rrticipant any fees to participate, in r.he GovPayNet Payment Network. OPS
<br />reserves the right io ;;harge Participant for other aervices or equipment, such as cu.,tom software
<br />development, peripheral devices, ai1.d other services and support as the parties may agree upon from
<br />8ue to time.
<br />J.6 GPS 1hall provide GovPayNet Payment Networlc adminic1tmtive aupport to ;ardholdern 1nd tc
<br />Participant through a toll-free telephone help line and the Imernet.
<br />J '7 GPS .ihall provide Participant 11ri.th training, procedurea, toll-free telephone numbers, web addresses,
<br />and promotional and instructional materials all at GPS' 3oie expense.
