PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />ATTACHMENT "8" <br />COMPENSATION <br />THE COUNTY WILL NOT PROCESS PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT UNTIL THE CONTRACTOR <br />SUBMITS A COMPLETED W-9 (SEE ATTACHMENT "F"l <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work described in Attachment "A", the County shall <br />pay to the Contractor compensation not to exceed $60,000. <br />The Contractor shall submit monthly invoices to the County Project Manager listed on page 1 of this <br />Agreement. The Contractor shall submit with each monthly invoice a written progress report to the County <br />Project Manager. The progress reports shall include, at a minimum, the following: any problems, delays or <br />adverse conditions which will materially affect the Contractor's ability to meet project objectives or time <br />schedules together with a statement of action taken or proposed to resolve the situation. Reports shall also <br />include recommendations for changes to the Scope of Work, if any. Payments may be withheld if reports are <br />not submitted. <br />Page 4 of 21
