PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT GENERAL: ATTACHMENT "A" SCOPE OF WORK P ARCEL/PROJECT SERVICES FOR KITTITAS COUNTY Terra Design Group Inc. (TDG) will provide Kittitas County with current and historical parcel & project research. These services will occur through the end of 20 17 and continued into 2018, upon approval by Kittitas County. The level of services could vary due to possible unknowns or expanding issues related to individual parcel(s), project(s), and other land use decisions. This service will require periodic reviews by Kittitas County Community Development Services in order to establish a better understanding and time line for the work proposed by Kittitas County. Terra Dosign Group Roles & Respons-ibilitl 'S: • Assess current and historical tax parcel data within the identified areas presented by Kittitas County Community Services Department. • Review parcel & project specific documents related to the divisions of properties within specified areas. • Investigate and notate parcel histories of specified parcels and projects related to this research. • Document specific characteristics, which will be useful for current and future planning decision-making purposes by Kittitas County. Kittitas COUll/or Roles & Responsibilities: • Provide all parcel and project information pursuant to this research, including but not limited to parcel maps, access to project files, assessors parcel information, study area maps and all water related information. • Provide materials, in paper or digital format, possible computer etc., allowing TDG to expeditiously review information outside of standard working office hours. However, TDG will only access and review materials as authorized by the Community Development Services Director. TDG will only enter offices and work spaces in the Community Development Services office building as authorized by the Community Development Services Director. • Provide TOG with County Staff assistance & direction regarding questionable parcel(s) review. • Provide additional review of TOG work related to parcel research making sure goal is met, and create a digital database. • Provide TOG access, at all times, to all files pursuant to this research. However, TDG will only access and review files as authorized by the Community Development Services Director. TDG will only enter offices and work spaces in the Community Development Services office building as authorized by the Community Services Department Director. • Provide TOG regarding direction and specific priorities with this type of research in writing. Compensation: Work performed under this Scope of Work shall not exceed $60,000.00 plus reimbursable expenses (e.g., travel, copies), unless the County gives written approval to exceed this amount. Consultant and Kittitas County Community Services Department shall meet periodically to understand if the work described above will exceed the initial estimated cost, and the County and the Consultant agree to negotiate in good faith the level of effort or compensation.
