11 . The following agencies and departments provided comments during the comment <br />period: W A Department of Health, KC Public Works, and the Washington <br />Department of Transportation. The Washington State Department of Ecology <br />submitted late comments. Additionally, comments were provided during a pre- <br />application meeting with Kittitas County staff, which was held on May 27, 2015. <br />These comments have been considered and included as conditions <br />of approval to address these agency concerns. <br />12. No public comments were submitted for this proposal at the time of staff review . <br />13. The Kittitas County Community Development Services recommended <br />approval of this preliminary plat, subject to the recommended conditions of <br />approval. <br />14.
