AR GOV DELIV ERING LEAN C IV IC EXC ELLENCE <br />Terms of Service: <br />• Offered pricing on this Sales Order is valid if signed by 03/16/2017. <br />• SaaS Subscription terms are one (1) year beginning upon signing this Sales Order. <br />• Pricing is based on the total number of fUll-time users. <br />• Subscription includes 5 "occasional users" which individually average < 2 hours of daily usage. <br />• Subscription and One Time fees, not including services, are billed upon signing this Sales Order. <br />• Professional Services, including travel, are estimates only and will not be exceeded without your approval. Professional <br />Services are billed monthly on a time & materials basis. <br />• Payment terms are net 30 days. <br />• Applicable sales taxes are in addition to the quoted price.
