CAMTEK <br />Inc. <br />Integrated Security Systems <br />Galaxy and ONSSI Software Maintenance and Support <br />Scope -Camtek will provide and install software service packs, register software upgrades, and bug fixes for Galaxy <br />Access Control System and ONSSI Network Video Surveillance Systems. Camtek will upgrade the customer to the <br />most current version available which is compatible with the customer's computer hardware. This agreement does not <br />cover computer hardware which is provided by Kittitas County. <br />All software upgrades are contingent upon the CUSTOMER providing computer equipment which meets the <br />specifications of the software version to be installed. Camtek shall not be under obligation to install any software on <br />equipment which does not meet the operating requirements of the software. <br />Telephone Technical Support -will be provided during the following periods and in accordance with Camtek <br />published Service Labor Rates or as stated in the Special Provisions Section of this Agreement <br />I:8l 24/7 Support: 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, city, state, federal and Camtek observed holidays are <br />included. Telephone technical support will be provided at no additional charge. <br />Customer Training -Camtek will conduct (1) one hour training session per year at the CUSTOMER site for <br />employees that require familiarization on the operation of the system, this training is to be conducted while Camtek is <br />on site doing other work, if scheduled at a different time the customer will need to reimburse Camtek the associated <br />mileage and trip charge. CUSTOMER is responsible for selecting and assembling employees. All training will be <br />con9ucted during Camtek normal business hours unless stated in the Special Provisions. <br />Security System Testing and Maintenance <br />Scope -Camtek will test and inspect the Galaxy Access Control, ONSSI video surveillance System, and the <br />courthouse video sllrveillance system one time per year. The tests include the following at a minimum: <br />• Test card readers and initiating devices <br />• Check alarm operation <br />• Check Galaxy Controllers <br />• Check, motion sensors, door switches, break glass sensors and other related interface switches <br />• Check inoperability with elevators, doors, and HVAC relays <br />• Check report generation function <br />• Check server and workstations <br />• Inspect and test cameras and monitors <br />• Inspect and test recording and video printing devices <br />• Inspect and test speakers, intercom, and other connected communication devices <br />Upon completion of each service call, a summary of the tasks completed will be provided to the CUSTOMER <br />Testing Frequency -Camtek will perform One (1) 100% test per year. <br />Inspection Reports -Camtek will furnish a written report certifying that such tests and inspections have been <br />completed documenting any deficiencies found which may require corrective action. <br />Hardware Support -Camtek will perform scheduled maintenance services on the Equipment covered under this <br />Agreement. <br />Components and parts on the Equipment List that are found to be defective, have failed operationally or which exhibit <br />signs of near term failure will be identified during each preventive maintenance inspection or test. If the component <br />or part is covered under a current Camtek or factory warranty, said part or component will be replaced at no charge to <br />CUSTOMER including labor during normal business hours. Camtek will repair or replace any hardware under <br />warranty and will do so at the direction of the customer, if not done at the time of the preventative maintenance <br />inspection the customer will reimburse Camtek the service call. For any equipment requiring repair or replacement <br />that is not covered, an estimate will be prepared and submitted for approval on a reimbursable basis and repair <br />authorization shall be issued in writing to Camtek by an authorized representati ve of the CUSTOM ER before <br />proceeding with the work. <br />RECEIVED <br />KITTITAS COUNTY SHERIFF <br />ACCOUNTING
