Kittitas County -Local 792 <br />January 1, 2016 -December 31, 2018 <br />(v) Each party hereto shall pay the expenses of their own representatives, <br />attorneys, witnesses, and other costs associated with the presentation of their <br />case as well as one-half the expense of the neutral arbitrator. <br />ARTICLE XXIV · TERMINATION <br />This Agreement shall be in full force and effect for a period beginning January 1, 2016 through <br />December 31,2018. <br />Agreements reached between the parties to the agreement shall become effective only when signed by <br />the President of Local 792, Representative of Washington State Council 2, and the Board of County <br />Commissioners. <br />ARTICLE XXV -SUBORDINATE TO STATUTES <br />This Agreement shall in all respects, wherever the same may be applicable herein, be subject and <br />subordinate to the ordinances of the County, regulations within its statutory jurisdiction and shall <br />further be subject and subordinate to the statutes of the State of Washington, and the Federal laws of <br />the United States. <br />DATED this 20~y of September, 2016. <br />BOARD OF KITIITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />a~~~ <br />25
