Ros/yn Project # 3 Add tourist parking at Fireman's Park <br />• Coordinated with the Ros/yn Downtown Business Group and Ros/yn Planning and <br />Historic Preservation Commission (See attached letter from RPHPC.) <br />Ros/yn Project # 4 Repaint Historic Train Tracks through town <br />• Coordinated with the Roslyn Downtown Association and University of Washington <br />Storefront Studio Project (See attached letter from RDA and RPHPC.) <br />Roslyn Project # 5 Replace Roslyn welcome signs <br />• Coordinated with the Roslyn Downtown Association and University of Washington <br />Storefront Studio Project (See attached letters from RDA and RPHPC.) <br />7. Studies: Please attach any feasibility or other studies that demonstrate linkages between the <br />proposed project and the anticipated tourism impacts. Also please include your <br />operations/maintenanoe funding strategy and bUsiness plan for long ~term project sustainability <br />(how the facility or facilities will be operated and mainta'ined for at' least three years follow ing <br />completion). <br />The studies attached include University of Washington's Storefront Studio, Roslyn's Capital <br />Facilities Plans and the Roslyn Recreation Plan. <br />8. Project Readiness: Please provide a detailed project schedule, including milestones <br />necessary for completion as mentioned in question 1 above. On the schedule, indicate items <br />completed and exactly where in the schedule the project is at this time. Be sure to include <br />expected completion date. <br />August 2016 -Planning Commission Review of projects <br />September 2016 -Roslyn City Council Review <br />October 2016 -Work begins <br />August 2017 -Work completed <br />2016 Roslyn Tourism-Related, Municipality Owned Grant
