'I Represent the City at closing and arrange for document signatures. <br />• Handle all contacts, contracts, and agreements necessary to effectuate the sale(s) <br />• Title Company and closing expenses to be paid by the City of Ellensburg <br />6. Strategic Planning: <br />• Conduct a strategic planning effort and prepare an economic development strategic plan <br />• Hold public participation events (3) to receive input on the strategic plan. <br />• Participate in a joint City Council/EBDA meeting to present the plan <br />• Revise the plan as necessary to address City Council Concerns <br />• Suggest an Implementation plan and timelines <br />2
