;:a Badger Meter <br />BADGER METER <br />BEACON AMA MANAGED SOLUTION <br />MASTER AGREEMENT <br />Kittitas (~()llllt \ <br />\\ 1\ 'I I I I r" I I I I [". <br />EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS SLA, THE SERVICE CREDITS SPECIFIED IN THIS <br />SLA WILL BE CUSTOMER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BADGER METER'S FAILURE <br />TO MEET THE SERVICE PROMISE SPECIFIED IN THIS SLA. <br />Badger Meter will report Service Promises and applicable Service Credits upon request and upon a <br />commercially reasonable frequency . Following each report, upon Customer request, the parties will <br />discuss such performance and the extent to which any Service Credits either are appropriate or <br />should be modified due to circumstances not captured by the reporting methodology. <br />Upon agreement concerning the Service Credits due, such Service Credits will be applied against <br />Badger Meter's charges in the months following the month in which the credits w e re incurred. <br />©2015 Badger Meter, Inc .
