iv. Other activities agree to by the Parties from time-to-time. <br />b. Develop and implement an external public relations campaign to promote the <br />County's events, attractions, facilities and destinations. <br />5. Administration <br />a. Participate in the County's Lodging Tax Advisory Committee meetings. <br />b . Submit a monthly account of expenses incurred. <br />c. Obtain, analyze and apply data related to tourism activities in such a manner as <br />to aid the review of the effectiveness of the County tourism development efforts. <br />d . Submit quarterly reports to the County Lodging Tax Advisory Committee about <br />services completed and the state and effectiveness of tourism promotion efforts. <br />As requested, but at least twice a year, present such reports in person to the Board <br />of County Commissioners. <br />e .
