If fees are applicable to the <br />transaction, taxes are assessed against stamp book price and associated transaction fees. <br />Commissions <br />Facilities are eligible to earn a commission on eMessaging stamps used. Standard <br />commission rate is 20% on stamp usage. In the event that a stamp was purchased at a <br />lower cost and used to communicate to an inmate at a facility with a higher cost stamp, the <br />commission is paid based on the actual stamp price. <br />Stamps are considered consumed and commissions are recognized once the user clicks <br />‘Confirm’. <br />Below is an example of the Commission Report for eMessaging under the Facility Portal <br /> <br /> <br />PROMOTIONAL STRATEGY <br />eMessaging will be promoted by Sales teams in new business RFPs, renewals and as a free <br />enhancement to the ConnectUs and SV Tablet platforms. A one page addendum will be <br />required defining stamp prices, stamp book size and commissions.
