This includes <br /> Enable access to eMessaging facility UI from SCP (using SPP) <br /> Activating facility users in the JPay Administration portal to enable access to <br />process messages. <br /> Turn on the eMessaging application on ConnectUs and SecureView tablets <br /> Configure the eMessage release flow as Auto Release or Manual Release <br />o Note the default release flow will be Auto Release. <br />PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br /> Project manager is assigned <br /> Collects the following information from facility for installation <br /> Facility staff information for access to eMessaging Facility system to manage <br />messages <br />o First name, last name and SCP user name <br /> Are photos allowed? <br />o Yes <br />o No <br /> Are inmate replies allowed? <br />o Yes <br />o No <br /> Messaging workflow selection <br />o Inbound messages <br /> Auto Release <br /> Manual Release <br />o Outbound messages <br /> Auto Release <br /> Manual release <br /> Review the standard set of rejection reasons that are sent on rejection notifications <br />and determine if any changes are needed
